Our beautiful luxury 6 berth Caravan for is fully equipped with everything you should need for the perfect family holiday. We have two screened veranda.

Unlike most caravans on the site the view from our veranda is a row of tall trees with gives that added privacy and seclusion so you may sit out, sunbathe and take in the peace and quiet

Close to all amenaties - Indoor Heated Swimming Pool, Play Areas, Laundry, Arcades, supermarket, Bars, take-a-ways Indian, Chinese, Pizza & Fish & Chip shop, clothes shop plus the new club Tropicana which has live entertainment ALL ON SITE!

 

A well behaved pet is welcome.

For the sporty types, some excellent course fishing can be found in the area and in Skegness you will find two quality 18 hole golf courses.

Our caravan has TV / DVD and a VIDEO Player. Radio and CD player, Books, Games Dvds, Cds & Toys for the kids.

 

 

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge,  ironing board, kettle, toaster, hoover and all cooking utensils, but you will need to bring your own tea towels and bath towels as these are not provided.

 

The Main bedroom has a double bed with built in wardrobes Mirror, cupboards dressing table and stool, shelves above the bed with books. Bedside tables and lamp.

The 2nd bedroom had two single beds and wardbrobe with table in the middle. Mirrored unit with cupboards and shelf. Done out in a winnie the pooh theme

In the living area the seating can be pulled out to convert into a double sofa bed.

All quilts and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own sheets, quilt covers and pillow cases

The Modern bathroom has a built in shower with door, Mirror, shelves, sink and toilet

PLEASE NOTE: THESE CARAVANS INCLUDING VERANDERS, STORAGE BOXES ETC. WILL  BE FOR SALE ALREADY SITED FROM END OF SEPT 2009. PEMBERLEY is £16,500 / NETHERFIELD £15,500 which includes ALL CONTENTS (With the exception of some personal items) plus their own websites which I will change over into your names free of charge and give you new passwords so you can manage them yourselves. 

WILL TAKE £31,000 IF BUYING BOTH TOGETHER.

A BIT MORE INFO ...The site is open from end of Feb til around 12th Nov (although we don't normally let it in Nov as we spend the winter months at my mothers in Australia) but the annual income if you were to let it out full time would be £9,140 per caravan.
The site fees are paid up on these til Jan 2010 The site fee for each caravan was £1,738 (which includes the £300 rates) There is a £1000 change over fee for each caravan which I will also pay. I will also pay for any electricity which I have used this year, I can only find an electricity bill for 2006 and that was £26.
You need to buy gas bottles for your gas, these work out at £22 for a small or £44. for a large from the site, but we get ours from the garden centre just round the corner which work out a lot cheaper, they last quite a long time. It's on a nice part of the Golden palm resort, not too close to the club or pub or amusements. You can't hear any of them from the caravans. There is 24 hour security and there are strict rules about no ball games, noise, same sex groups in the caravans etc.
