PROMOTION STANDARDS and RANKS

• A new member is not being trained the first 2 weeks; he has to prove loyalty first; his rank is a Scout. The M.Gen may let someone join with a higher rank when he/she is known to the clan and has proven to be trustworthy.
• After 2 weeks the scout will be promoted to Sergeant if he/she acts loyal.
• The new Sergeant will ask a LT or a Cap to train him a few times to master basics tactics and to learn how to build a good eco. 
• When the Sgt masters the basic tactics he need to do a test, when he passes he is a LT.

LT test: You must have 40,000 gold and 600 pop at the wiz 1v1 event map at the end of 20 pt, starting 3,000 gold.

• The new LT may ask a WL or higher to train him to master expert tactics and to learn how to build a great eco 

If he has improved he can ask for a test, if he passes he is a Captain.

Cap test: 1. You must have 55,000 gold and 800 pop OR 65,000 gold and 600 pop at the wiz 1v1 event map at the end of 20 pt, starting 3,000 gold.

AND:      2. You must have 30,000 gold and 700 pop at the map Chrystal lake at the end of 20 pt, starting 3,000 gold.

• When the Captain wants to be a Warlord then he needs to play and defeat at least 5 good /experts from other clans in a 1v1. Because the majority of the good players are in GoC, its allowed that you beat 2 WL s of GoC also (or higher ranks and good in Shc). Ask any General/M.Gen who are the experts if you doubt. If the Captain has defeated 5 experts then he can ask for a

Warlordtest: in this test he/she must play the Chiefwarlord. If he puts up a good fight the C.WL will recommend him for promotion to Warlord. In any case there must be a General/M.Gen watching that game.

If a warlord thinks he plays better then the current Chiefwarlord he can challenge him. If he does then he needs to play the C.WL at two maps: a high resource and a low/medium resource map. If he wins both times he will be the new C.WL. To ensure stability a C.WL can be challenged only once a month by each warlord. But if there are many challengers the same time a tournie will be organized.

EXPERT WARLORD If your name is famous because you exceed the level of Warlord, then you will have the honour of wearing the XWL tag. EXPERT warlords are able to defeat many Experts from other clans. If you ask to be promoted to this rank then you are fooling urself: a real expert is known to all.
