The Smooth running of the clan and the code of honour that our clan stands for has to come first if we want the clan to have a long and healthy life. 

M.GEN------ Master General. This is the leader of the clan. Every major and significant event is reported to him and nobody is promoted or recruited without his consent. He can release members of the clan. 

E.Gen-------  Elder General. This is a special rank for a M. General  who has retired in honor. He/she is a council member under the condition he/she is active. Active means he must be on at least  once every month. He has a vote in council and he has the same power a General has in the clan. This is a high honor and to this date has been given only to one: Shadow, who was one of the GoC 's founders.

GEN.------ The second in command, the Generals can promote and recruit players and have a significant voice in everything the clan does. The General can promote members up to the rank of Warlord. Only the most trusted and loyal members become Generals; a General is chosen by the M.Gen. after listening to the council. Their responsibilities include monitoring stats games, recruiting, directing training and administration/organising of clan activities. Also a General can temporarily suspend members and in severe cases kick members out of the clan. A General is also a member of the Council, under the condition he/she is an active General.  There are rules in case a General has to be chosen. In any case a member must be 6 months in the clan (uninterrupted) before being considered to be promoted to General. The maximum number of Generals in our clan is 5.

LTG-------Lieutenant General: This is actually a "Junior" General; he meets all requirements to be a General, but he is not 6 months in the clan yet. The LTG can recruit members, and he can promote members up to Captain, but only if they meet our requirements. The maximum number of LTG s in our clan is 2. The LTG is chosen by the M.Gen. after listening to the council.

XWL-----Expert warlord, this warlord is truly a great expert in the game, an excellent player, one of the very very best; he proved that he can defeat the best players in this game. Winning a GSA event will give a member the right to be promoted to XWL. In other cases there are severe tests to be promoted to this rank !

C.WL------- Chief warlord; one of the top fighters of the clan, he is the best skilled player in the clan, if you look at all the members who have the rank of Scout, Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain and also all the Warlords. He trains the Warlords and the higher ranks to become experts, or to improve. The Chief Warlord can recommend a member for the rank of Warlord. In that case the recommended member has to play the ChiefWarlord once or twice. In this "Warlord test" there must  be a General watching or the M.Gen. Only experts with a proven record can be Chief Warlord. He must be a  loyal member too. Only the M.Gen. can promote a member up to this rank.  The rank of C.WL. equals the rank of Major.

MAJOR-----This rank is meant for members who are very loyal to the clan, you can consider them as "elders" of the clan. Majors can be given assignments, like organizing tournies. Also, some of them can recruit people. Only the M.Gen can promote members to Major.

WL.------ A Warlord is among the best of the best fighters in the clan, an expert in the game. Thats why this rank one of the highest skill ranks in  the clan. A Warlord is able to defeat (very) good players/experts. Warlords may train the other ranks/members too and represent the clan in tournaments and clan wars. There is a test to be promoted to this rank. Warlords are the PRIDE of GoC.

CAPT.---  The Captain masters the main expert tactics, is a good player and he might also have an active role in training. There is a test to be promoted to this rank.

LT. ------- The Lieutenant masters all basic tactics. He has a skill level between medium and good. There is a test to be promoted to this rank.  

SGT. --------The Sergeant is a full member who did not pass his LT test yet, so he is considered to have a skill level between starter and medium.

SCT. ------- The Scout is a newly recruited member. They have yet to prove themsleves worthy and loyal to the clan before being promoted. All new members start as a scout.  They will wear the Sct tag for some time before being considered for promotion. Normally this is 2 weeks.

FAILURE OR INABILITY TO PERFORM ASSIGNED DUTIES MAY RESULT IN THE REMOVAL OF ASSIGNMENT OR RANK
