Requirements:

1. He/she must be very loyal to the clan and the leader of the clan,  he/she has a record of serving the clan for a long time.

2. He/she must be a friendly person, willing to do what is best for GoC and GoC members. This means also that a member who brags excessively, complains excessively or is arguing a lot cannot be General.

3. He/she is a good player at at least one of our main games.

4. He/she must be an active player.

5. In any case he/she is at least 6 months (and also during these 6 months an active player)  in GoC. Members who are in our clan for less then 6 months cannot be chosen to the General Rank. We have this rule because we believe that the clan stability is served by only allowing very trusted members to the General Rank. If a member has left GoC and then came back then the we only take into account the time he is in the clan since he rejoined GoC.

6. If a member meets requirements 1,2,3,4 and 5 then a General, or the M.General can ask for a vote. All the Generals and M.General will cast a vote. Only if all Generals and M.Gen vote "yes" then this member will be promoted to General. We have this rule because we believe its very important all Generals and M.Gen will trust the new General fully. Only Generals who are General for at least 4 weeks can participate in the vote. Offcourse if not all the Generals/M.Gen vote "yes"then there can be voted again after a week/ few weeks. In case there is no agreement in the council after 3 times votes are cast, then the M.Gen will decide about who will be the new General.

7. If a General is not on during 4 weeks in a row then he automaticly is demoted to the rank of Major. Unless he has given a good reason before he leaves, then he will keep his rank. In any case, he/she will be demoted to the rank of Warlord after 8 weeks of being absence.
