The new information and contact pages for families who are, or are considering home education from the Greater Manchester area.

We are an informal network of families who have taken full responsibility for educating our children outside of the school system. 

Our aim in creating this website is to provide accurate legal and practical information on elective home education for the growing number of home educators in the area and for those who might be considering the option for their own families.  

We recognise that the only real experts on home education, are home educators themselves.  As such, the content of this website has been the collaborative effort of local home educators who have many decades of experience, not only of home education in practice, but also of supporting the home education community on a local and national level.
