We love the bagel recipe! Since it's so hard to bake gluten free bread that isn't too moist in the middle, or collapsing after baking, I've been using these bagels to make my son's sandwiches. Thank you!!
You are one in a million!!!!! You do so much for everyone... Make sure you take time and splurge on yourself... You deserve it! Keep up the good work...
Hey honey! I finally found your site. Yay! I love it. You're right, it's much easier to go on here and even print out your list of Favs than call you every time I'm at Clark's or TJ's. Thank goodness for good-hearted (and good-eating) Italian nurses like you.
Hi Jeni, I met you at the Healthnow forum. I just wanted to say hi and that I finally had a chance to checkout your site. It's very informative and I can't wait to read more of it when I have the time. My daughter is in 7th grade and may choose Celiac Disease as her Human Disease project. If so she would love to interview you. I'll let you know, ok? I hope your holiday season is off to a good start. Send me an email so I have your email address. Thanks, Susan
Hi Jeni! This is an exciting time to be celiac. I was diagnosed in 1995 and back then I was having to mix together my own flours to make bread. It's awesome that there are so many mixes we can buy now. The wealth of premade goodies knock my socks off! I really appreciate your website and the hard work you've put into it. God Bless You!
I have been forwarding your website to everyone I know. What a fantastic job! Thank you so much for taking the time to do this not only for yourself but the countless others struggling with Celiac. Thank goodness there are doctor's out there that are finally taking an active interest in Celiac and the promotion of awareness, and support. Kudos to both of you!!!
