We love the bagel recipe! Since it's so hard to bake gluten free bread that isn't too moist in the middle, or collapsing after baking, I've been using these bagels to make my son's sandwiches. Thank you!!

Hey honey! I finally found your site. Yay! I love it. You're right, it's much easier to go on here and even print out your list of Favs than call you every time I'm at Clark's or TJ's. Thank goodness for good-hearted (and good-eating) Italian nurses like you.

Hi Jeni! This is an exciting time to be celiac. I was diagnosed in 1995 and back then I was having to mix together my own flours to make bread. It's awesome that there are so many mixes we can buy now. The wealth of premade goodies knock my socks off! I really appreciate your website and the hard work you've put into it. God Bless You!
