The required head meshes are NOT included with the downloads from this site, unless otherwise noted. All other downloads require that you obtain the mesh on your own. You must have the mesh files installed in your game in order to see the heads downloaded .
Some of maxis head meshes are included in the zip.

How to download skins.
Simply click on the download link under the outfit you would like.
Select a temporary directory to place the '.zip' file in.
After you have downloaded the file use WinZip to extract all of the contents to one of the following locations.
For clothing and heads:
C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\GameData\Skins\
For walls:
C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\GameData\Walls\
For floors:
C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\GameData\Floors\
I don't have houses for download here but a lot of people are asking me about where to put houses in their game.
For Houses:
How to install houses to the game, you have to unzip them first then you can copy and paste to the C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\UserData\Houses, it will ask you if you want to replace the existing lot on your game you click yes( make sure you check what the lot number of the house you downloaded before you do this because it will replace any house you have on that lot in your game) to be safe I recommend you put all your downloaded houses to one of you empty neighbourhood until you know which lot number it which, try to put them in like neibourhood 4 or 5, that way you won't replace the maxis original houses in 1 and 2.
C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\UserData\Houses (if you want the house you downloaded on neighbourhood 1)
C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\UserData\House2 (for neighbourhood 2)
C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\UserData\House3 (for neighbourhood 3)
Not all of the user created body meshes are included in the zip, you need to get them from the mesh creator site, without them the skin won't show up in your game. Some of maxis meshes from Hot Date to Makin Magic are included except the buyable meshes which you'll need the expansion to use them . I am using meshes from all the expansions to Makin Magic, if you don't have all the expansions and you download the skins that uses the mesh you don't have, the skin won't show up in your game.
All the skins here are all been tested in my game. I don't make meshes so I can't help you with meshes, I have included the mesh maker read me in the zip.
