The Council is an organization, a collective of like-minded individuals, loosely structured in the form of a "council" with one central goal: Change. Social change, economic change, environmental change, political change so-on and so-forth. The Council does not adhere to one certain social, political or economic philosophy; it embraces everyone who would like change (within the framework of The Council's policies); and acts for the best wishes of all humanity and its future.
The Council acts as a self governing and social body. The Council does not see itself as the supreme governing body of society or its "members". All society is considered to be part of The Council, for all society, in essence, contribute to the continuing survival and maintenance of itself.
The Council envisions a peaceful and co-operative world society, securing the independance of each individual, ethnos, nation etc. while maintaning an effective and fluent co-operation between each of them as if they were part of one global supranational entity.
