The monthly 2014-5 Indoor Season has some availability for Guest Vendors.
Located in the heart of the Glenwood Avenue Arts District in Chicago’s vibrant Rogers Park neighborhood, Glenwood Sunday Market has a genuine feeling of community and is truly the result of a grassroots effort and the ongoing support from the local Rogers Park neighborhood.
We are a food-only market encouraging farmers engaged in sustainable farming methods including certified organic farms and biodynamic farms as well participation by farmers who are transitioning land from conventional to organic. We also welcome prepared, artisanal food vendors who are committed to using local, seasonal, sustainably produced ingredients.
We are very proud of our Market For All Programs which include Double Dollar Matching Grants for Link Shoppers of up to $25.00 per market, our Food Access Partner Program and our Community Shares Project all of which help to make healthy, locally and sustainably grown and produced foods available to our neighbors in need..
The Glenwood Sunday Market's outdoor season is held on Glenwood Avenue between Morse and Lunt, just steps from the Morse "L" stop on the CTA's Red Line, midway between Sheridan Road and Clark Street. The Indoor Markets will be held at a location on or near the same block as the outdoor market. We are conveniently located for pedestrians, commuters, cyclists and motorists.
Voted Illinois' Favorite Farmers Market in 2010, Illinois' Favorite Small Farmers Market in 2011 and Illiniois' Favorite Medium Size Market in 2012 in the American Farmland Trust Contest, the Glenwood Sunday Market is committed to maintaining its vibrant following.
You can count on us to market your participation through weekly email blasts, very active social media campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Yelp and more as well as flyers, signs, blurbs on local radio, signs throughout the community, and more.
