First success in over two weeks, but then again I have sent anything out in about 2 months. It was a nice one though, David Wright, who seems to be the nicest guy in sports and definitely a fan favorite in New York. This is my second success from David, my first being this past Spring Training. I've been really gearing up for Jets and Giants training camps in August so expect more updates in the 10 days.

Nice return today from Corey Webster, the Giants 2nd round pick this season, and Daniel Cabrera in person at Yankee Stadium, after about a 3 week drought.

One success in today after an almost week long drought. Tike Redman, current Outfielder for the Pirates, was able to come through with a request I sent him last year.

Nothing through the mail today, but I did go to Mets vs. Angels game, in addition to it being one of the best games I've attended I got some great autographs, as well. Brendan Donnelly, Jose Molina, Scot Shields, and Jake Woods all signed tickets. On cards I got Adam Kennedy right after he finished up his stretches, then after the game I was able to get a couple cards signed by Bartolo Colon, as he left the stadium.

Bartolo Colon - Bartolo signed my '00 Topps and '03 Playoff Prestige cards as he left Shea Stadium.

Two returns yesterday and a nice surprise today. Yesterday I received fromer Yankee who was trade for the great Paul O'Neill, RC (Roberto) Kelly.  RC is a coach with the Augusta GreenJackets. Also in yesterday was talented young closer with the Astros, Brad Lidge. Today I received a nice surprise from Cowboy great Mel Renfro. Awhile ago, maybe 3 months or so, I got a GOTG card signed by Mel and enlclosed a check. Today I recieved a big envelope and inside was my check, uncashed, a Goal Line Art Card, a signed Business Card, a letter from Mr. Renfro asking if I got my card back, and some brochure's of his new Charity. I was really surprised to get something like this, thanks Mr. Renfro.

RC Kelly - Mr. Kelly signed my '89 Bowman and '93 Topps cards in 26 days from the Augusta Green Jackets team address.

Brad Lidge - Brad signed my '05 Upper Deck card in 16 days from the Astros team address.

Mel Renfro - Mr. Renfro sent me a signed GLAC, business card, letter, and unused check, after he had already signed my card and returned it to me months before.

After a week of no successes there were 3 great returns. A return from Joe Girardi, who was a great defensive catcher with the Colorado Rockies and most importantly the Yanks. Joe is now the bench coach for the Yankees. Also, in today is current Defensive End with the Dolphins, Jason Taylor, and finally, one in from Duke sharpshooter, J.J. Redick.

Joe Girardi - Mr. Girardi signed my '98 Topps and '98 Upper Deck Collector's Choice cards in 24 days from the Yankees Team address.  Joe took his mail with him to KC, postmarked from there, and returned my request even though the Yankees were embarassed by the Royals.

J.J. Redick - J.J. signed a team Photo of the '04-'05 Devils. I sent the B-Ball secretary an email asking for a team signed photo about 4 months ago and she was nice enough to send me this Redick auto instead.  Year in and year out the Blue Devils take care of their fans.

Jason Taylor - Jason signed my '04 Topps card in 261 days from the Dolphins team address.

Two returns and one failure today.  Rod Smith returned my cards unsigned and Jack McKeon, manager of the Marlins, and Pedro Feliz, SF Giants infielder, returned my requests signed.

Pretty good day today, 3 returns by mail, 1 in person, and the Yanks won so all around it was a great day.  In the mail I got the best, in my opinion, cornerback in the NFL, Champ Bailey, hall of fame guard with the Royals, Bob Wanzer, and Twins reliever with lightning stuff, Jesse Crain.  In person I went to a signing at a card show in Danbury, Conn., the same place where I got Keith Hernandez, where I met Yankee great, Graig "Puff" Nettles.

Champ Bailey - Champ signed my '02 Score card in a little over a week from the Denver Broncos team address. NOTE:  He kept my other card.

Jesse Crain - Jesse signed my '05 Upper Deck card in 26 days from the Minnesota Twins team address.

Bobby Wanzer - Mr. Wanzer signed my '92 Action Packed card in 14 days from his home address.

Graig Nettles - "Puff" signed my '00 UD Yankees Legend card in person at a Card Store in Danbury, Conn.  He kindly added "77-78 WSC".
