Our Terms & Conditions
By accessing and
using the Glass Moor website, you agree to follow and abide by our
terms and conditions, as outlined below.
We reserve the right to alter or update these terms and conditions at
any time and without prior notice.
Commission Work
Glass Moor is always happy to discuss and take on commission work. Under these circumstances, a non refundable 50% deposit is required, the remainder of the balance is to be paid once images of the finished piece have been approved by you, the customer.
Funds need to be cleared into our account before the items are sent out for delivery.
All other terms and condition still apply.
Purchasing items on this site
In the unlikey event of any item being 'double booked', as there is no automatic shopping cart stock control yet, priority will always go to the buyer who sends cleared funds first. Any subsequent buyer will be given a full refund by the end of the working day on which payment was recieved.
Glass Moor will always offer to remake a similar bead under these circumstances, although due to the nature of the beads, a remake will never be identical to the original. Variation to and termination of content
Glass Moor
has the right to amend and/or remove the content of this website at any
time and without prior notice. This includes pricing and postage.
Ordering and Payment
No contract of sale between Glass Moor and you exists until full payment via paypal
(or a privately discussed alternative method) has been accepted and all funds cleared.
If there is a problem with your order you will be notified via email as
soon as possible. Legal Disclaimer
