What I Do

Welcome visitor

to the Glass Bomb, a music rotation site featuring Jrock, Jpop, and random songs in other languages. The Glass Bomb is run by Shizuka and is updated every 1-2 weeks, depending on how busy I am (which is usually not at all :P). Requests are open so don't hesitate to ask for some music! Look around and enjoy your stay. :)

About the Layout

My first layout and it features my 2nd favorite band of all time, Janne da Arc! I know everyone isn't in it, but these are the pictures that I liked the best. Coding was done in Notepad and you can find the rest of the credits at the bottom of the page. The site title is from a song by my 1st favorite band of all time, L'Arc~en~Ciel's "Garasu Dama" which means "glass bomb". I don't like the song all that much, but the lyrics are awesome and the title is cool, so that's why I picked it. Plus, I never see this Laruku song anywhere, and I see all the more popular songs all the time. So yeah, trying to be unique here. :)

Recent Updates

GOOD LORD IT'S BEEN MONTHS!!! Sooo much has happened at my house, but I'm finally able to come back to my baby! Okay, I updated the playlist, but no new rotation is up yet. I want to make a new layout first, then things will be back to normal. I'm having some trouble since I haven't made a layout in FOREVER. I won't make any promises since I never keep them, but I've got my fingers crossed that it will be very soon!

Long time no update! Sorry about that...been really busy lately and haven't been home much. Right now I have the next few hours free, so I'm just going to upload JanneFan#whocares' requests and that will be the rotation. I'll put it up in chunks though, so if the whole thing isn't up when you look, that's why. :) Also been thinking about a new layout...but I can't find any freaking pictures I like anymore!! Argh! Ah well, I'll worry about that later. Happy Holidays!

WOO! Glass Bomb has reached over 1000 visitors!! And holy crap, I actually got some more comments! And a request! YAY! Since there are pretty much no set rules here, I think I'll just do my rotation on a schedule and requests whenever..maybe put stuff up for a week or two? I don't know, I'm still working all this stuff out. I'll be uploading requests tomorrow XO

Rotation Rules

Yes, there are some rules you have to follow, as with everything else in life. But don't worry, these will only take a second, I promise. ;)

I don't own these songs, they're copyright their original artists. I'm just spreadin' the love.

These are for sampling purposes only. Delete after 24-72 hours, whatever it is where you live.

Please support the artists and buy their CDs! I've found that Amazon is the best place to get cheap CDs, since you can get used ones for under $10 most of the time.

These songs aren't all in mp3 format: a couple are wma and some are mp4 because I have iTunes and I just put my CDs directly into the Library instead of saving them on my computer. I will note if they are not mp3s, though. If you request something, I make sure it's mp3 format though.

These aren't zipped, so no passwords because, let's face it, those are annoying.

COMMENT! Yes, it's a rule! It'll show me that people are actually trying the music. Plus, if people say they like certain artists, I'll put more of their stuff up :)
