STEP ONE - measuring, planning and design

Once you have been in touch with British Interiors, Graeme Scantlebury will come to see you in your own home, at a time convenient to you. Graeme will ascertain exactly what you are looking for from your kitchen, and creating the individual kitchen solution to realise your dreams.

Graeme will measure your kitchen, checking gas, electric and water supplies, then get to work on planning and designing. In fact, at this stage he may produce a computer aid design that will bring your new kitchen to life in full, vibrant colour.

At this stage, He will also show you samples of our door, handle and worktop ranges, letting you touch and feel the quality and decide which ones are right for you.

Remember that all this will take place in the privacy, comfort and convenience of your own home, and at no time will you be put under any pressure or obligation. What's more, this service is entirely free.

STEP TWO - the technical survey

Once your order has been placed, a fully qualified surveyor will visit you at home. He will double check the measurements and services, this ensures that your kitchen will be installed with the minimum delay be problem free and conform to all Health & Safety standards. At this stage, the company will pay a fee on your behalf to cover the appropriate Document 'P'.

STEP THREE - home delivery

When the survey has been transmitted to Head Office, we begin to individually order your kitchen. Once complete, units are batched together and boxed for transportation. Graeme will call you to arrange a convenient time for installation.

STEP FOUR - the installation

British Interiors feature the highest standards of craftsmanship. No detail is too small, too much trouble. To ensure your satisfaction, we employ the strictest quality control procedures at every stage of the operation.

When it comes to installation, our standards are equally as high. We use only highly trained CORGI registered professional installers for gas, qualified electricians and craftsmen joiners, who will check everything has been installed to satisfactory standards.

STEP FIVE - guarantees and after sales service

Once installed by British Interiors your new kitchen cabinets and worktops come with a five year materials guarantee, appliances in most cases come with a two year parts and labour guarantee with a further three year parts cover, please refer to British Interiors and relevant manufacturers guidebook and guarantee terms and conditions.
