11 Year US Intelligence Computer Hacking & Sound Wave Torture Crime Pentagon Need to Deal With

This is an 11-year paper trail of computer hacking to cover up an intelligence sound wave & magnetic wave technology torture crimefrom an aircraft that is a security threat and has not been resolved in this entire time despite hand delivering this data to all air bases, the FBI, Army Depot, Senator Smith and the Secret Service in the area.

I have a military sponsorship and the male inspector who was here last year said they rotate me every 3 years between the army, airforce and navy and they were supposed to be getting me a better military sponsorship with the airforce this year and I cannot get them to stop using sound waves and voice of god technology to harrass and torture me and it is the same people as last year - not a better sponsorship like my marathon sponsorship promised.

There was a woman who came out and asked for me to put all the information on my website in my Email for them because she knew they were torturing people and making them angry with sound waves and it was every where I had been and it was in the 100s of people and they would not have noticed except they tortured me until I screamed at them to stop torturing me at my jobs.  Mostly it affected people I worked with, my boyfriend, and my mother.  The woman showed up 3 times and disappeared and I have not heard from her since.  So I put the information she requested and they have been blocking in my E-mail on my web page so it cannot be blocked! She requested information for

A 10 YEAR STALKING HARASSING TERRORIZING AND TORTURING FEDERAL
CRIME using targeted sound wave technology:

1-including illegal arrest where they changed the color of my eyes from blue from blue to hazel and listed my sister instead of my mother
2-including ficticious email accounts and hacked into email accounts or accounts where they were using their technology on the person with the email account
3-including signature cards that may have been forged for illegally intercepted documentation
4-inluding classmates they said they were going to make say I was schizophrenic
5-including photos from newspaper of highschool graduation, top 10% of class photo , deans list at college documents, college newspaper draping photo, rotary information, etc
6-documentation woman requested put in my email for their people
7-documentation man tortured me  with sound waves to put in my email
8-including medical records with doctors appointments I did not go to and people I did not speak with and medical conditions and drugs like calcium blockers for severe arm and chest pain due to being tortured with staticky sound waves to make me way too angry and stressed out on my arm and chest
9-including work history to eliminate person torturing me with sound waves at every job and not people helping me concentrate and look for a job in between jobs
10-including quilts for when pilots were helping me concentrate and give me energy for the people the men called the quilting bitches

11-These people changed my address from General Delivery in Hermiston, OR to Avril Ln which probably does not exist and there was a black woman who was helping me I think with a french accent who called on 2 of my mothers trips out of town and named herself after Hermiston Police Departments black drug dog Eva Kaz and made it lighter and helped me have energy and concentrate.  I have called the FBI on my cell phone and on my mothers phone whenever they were torturing me and sent web Email and regular Email.  All these assholes had to do was match up time date and place of contact with the FBI with their flight records to get rid of the asshole torturing me with targeted sound wave technology. 

They are all over me and my communications.  The signatures are probably forgeries because they are blaring their voices in my home saying they have been intercepting my communications and every time I get a new email account they start blocking my email  but e-Connection@fairchil.af.mil, Ft Lewis Lewis LEWIS-ICorpsPAOWebmaster@conus.army.mil, and gisellle.jeffries@gmail.com with 3 Ls instead of 2 got my messages because they joined my membership list.  THE COPIES OF SIGNATURES ARE IN THE DOCUMENTATION BUT THEY KEEP DELETING THEM - SO COPIES ARE AVAILABLE WHEN I CAN FIND SOMEONE THAT NEEDS THEM.

So far the have been torturing me WAY TOO HARD AND DEEP & they used to torture me more on the SURFACE AND now they are saying WAY TOO HARD AND DEEP and zapping me in the pelvice are from different directions  up the BUTTHOLE and CROTCH and down through my STOMACH to MY BACK AND HIPS and blaring their great pretender Dans voice in my home saying I think they are BLASTING THE SHIT out of her with EXTREMELY HIGH FREQUENCY SOUND WAVES while they are doing it.  I need to get these assholes torturing me with TARGETED SOUND WAVES off me! These assholes know exactly what they are doing and have THREATENED MY EYES and OVARIES to control me and say THIS ONE'S MINE. They tortured me for 10 YEARS with sound waves AT EVERY JOB and for the last 3-4 years on commercial jet flights.  The flights they DID and DID NOT torture me on are in the documentation as well as SOUND WAVE TECHNOLOGY available TO LAW ENFORCEMENT.  Their technology in aircraft has much greater capability - but it is the same type of equipment.  They always cover it up with medical appointments and a 10 YEAR MEDICAL APPOINTMENT and WORK HISTORY is in the documentation.

MY YOUNGER BROTHER Aaron Cosand WAS A MARINE - So they said I was A MARINE and had to ROLL WITH THE PUNCHES while they BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF ME with sound waves and I lived in my car because they had me illegally arrested with 4 squad cars by Hermiston Police Department - ILLEGAL ARREST is included in the documentation - Apparently their treatment is GOOD ENOUGH for EVERY MARINE FAMILY.

MY OLDER BROTHER Harold Cosand Jr WAS OUT OF THE NAVY in 1971 and BREMERTON is listed on his death certificate and the assholes blame my sister AUDRY instead of my mother AUDNEY on my MEDICAL RECORDS and I have not seen AUDRY or my nephew DAVID they are blaming in the NAVY since around 1971 and have only talked to her on the phone at Christmas at my sister HOLLY'S house in SEATTLE - So apparently their TREATMENT IS good enough for every NAVY FAMILY.

MY FATHER Harold Cosand Senior SERVED IN THE NAVY in World War II and I have not seen him since I was 12 years old and these assholes torturing me with sound waves said it was because my father was schizophrenic from letters he wrote - but he never was diagnosed and some asshole out here said Santa Claus from North Pole Alaska in the military pretended to be my father and wrote them - and we were my fathers second family - I was born when he was 45 years old and he was too old to have turned schizophrenic by the time my parents divorced when I was 10 and he was 55 years old.  Those letters came after I was 12 years old and he would have been 57 years or older.  He was normal during my parents entire marriage.

MY NEPHEW David Babcock is in the NAVY - I have not seen him since this photo.  The assholes out here seem to think he is a commander - I have no idea what he does.  I have spoken with my SISTER Audrey in the photograph once at Christmas at my sister Holly's in Seattle.

My cousin JIM HOAGLAND SENIOR was in the AIRFORCE - they say a WORLD WAR II VETERAN  like my father and they tortured me severely on the arm and chest and blamed his HEART ATTACK and said he sponsored me - So apparently their treatment is good enough for every AIRFORCE FAMILY.
