01.06.08 - AGM - 25th June, 19.00 at The Consitution Pub. Please make it if you can. Training is to start 6th July at Longdale, time to be confirmed and we have 5 friendlies lined up starting the 3rd August.

31.05.08 - The league have confirmed we will be playing in division 2a next season after missing out on promotion by a point.

Chris Wright has agreed to become the new manager of GBFC taking over from the departing Dave. On behalf of everyone at the club thanks to Dave for all the hard work and everything that he's done for the club over the past 3 years and I'm sure you'll be pulling on the GBFC shirt again soon.  We long forward to a successful season  and future under Chris whether it's in division 2a or maybe 1a.
