Welcome
to Amethyst Hypnosis. Thank you for visiting
my site. I hope that you will find what you are looking for. I
am a Certified Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner having trained
at The Washington School of Clinical and Advanced Hypnosis under
Dr. Shaun Brookhouse. I have worked as a Health Care Professional
since 1982. As well as Hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming
(NLP), I have also employed various creative techniques in my
work with clients. For example, Art, Drama and Creative Writing.
I have a BA (Hons) in English Literature and a MA in Creative
Writing (Novel). I am a member of the National Council of Hypnotherapy
in the UK and the National Guild of Hypnotists in the USA. I adhere
to their strict Code of Ethics and Practice which includes providing
a confidential service and having full Professional Indemnity
Insurance. In order to keep providing the best possible service
I am constantly striving to improve my skills and qualifications
by attending various courses and workshops relating to my profession.
I also receive regular supervision from Dr Shaun Brookhouse. I
work from my home, in Burnage, Manchester, in a relaxed, informal
environment. Burnage is close to Didsbury, Cheadle and Stockport
and is also within easy travelling distance of Cheshire. In some
circumstances it may be possible for me to make home visits –
this may be discussed further when you contact me.
