All About Us
In Gilfach we are always improving things. We like to keep our facilities as neat as possible. We have two bowls teams, the Ladies section and the Mens section. both sections are doing very well. The Men's section in 2007 got into the last four in the Carruthers Cup and won the Division 1 CML League. The Ladies section over the last 3 years have won thier Thursday Division 1 League and Tuesday Division 1 League twice.
We are always trying to encourage young people to come and join our club, Hopefully by the end of the season 2009 we should have a junior section set-up for the following year.
Every season we have two people who do a great job for opening the club in the afternoons and evenings they are Brian Davies and Audrey Mullins.
