Payment Methods	I accept paypal,personal cheque and postal orders. Only paypal accepted from buyers outside the United Kingdom or money bank transfer.If paying by cheque please allow time for cheque to clear before goods are dispatched (UK only).
Fees	I do not charge customers extra to cover paypal and ebay fees.Each listing has postage costs.High value items will be sent recorded delivery in the uk.Extra insurance will be added if needed and will be stated on listing
Shipping Postage & packaging	I am quite happy to ship worldwide.However my postage costs do not cover any additional fees incurred abroad.I try to keep postage costs as low as possible but for heavier items postage will be higher. buyer pays p&p (only applies to ebay listings and buyers outside uk)
Delivery	I ship monday to saturday.delivery time for uk is 2-5 days.europe 5-10 days.rest of the world 7-14 days.These delivery times are dependant on the post office and couriers.If you haven't had your item after a week please contact me.
Returns & Refunds Customer service & return policy	On subject of items arriving damaged,contact me FIRST,then after my confirmation return broken item back for either replacement(subject to availability) or refund.PLEASE INFORM ME ASAP WITHIN 7 DAYS. No returns on the following :(ebay) sealed trading card boxes action figures removed from card board backing All items are well packed to insure you get them in great condition.I know the disappointment of receiving a parcel with damaged contents so rest easy your purchases are in good hands but if the unfortunate should happen you won't loose out.Feedback (ebay) is extremely important for both buyer's and sellers so please contact me if unhappy.
