We Need Your Home Depot &/or Lowes Gift Cards

Have you ever heard the saying be careful what you pray for? About 3 years ago I prayed we would be debt free. Then June 2004 my husband got hurt during his 2 week military drill. They sent him home to seek treatment. He was off work for almost 7 months. Then released back with restrictions. So we had to take a forced transfer 4 hours away. That was 15 months ago.

Since we have bought property, put a single wide on it and the utilities. We are starting to build now. But do to all the problems in the past our credit is not good enough to get a construction loan without 30% down! If I had 30% down I wouldn't need to borrow! So we are setting out on this project for the long run. It may take us 3 years to complete. BUT we WILL be debt free :-) See what I mean about being careful for what you pray for!

 I'm not asking for money unless God leads you to do so. I will be adding a paypal link for those who are lead to do so. What I am asking is for people to send Lowe's and Home Depot's gift cards and or coupons. Even Walmart or KMart gift cards would work! We can get lighting and paint and other things there too. These gift cards can be anything! If you've done a return gotten a gift card and not used it all or forgot about it - that is what I'm looking for.  However if your lead to purchase one just for us that would be great too :-) If all you can do is pray for our quick success I would appreciate it.

 I truely believe God blesses those who help others. I prefer to be on the giving end than the receiving end and pray this project is completed sooner than later so we can again.

In the past we have given away 2 cars to people we knew in need. Bought groceries for families, paid bills, etc. Given to TBN, Operation Blessing, 911, the tsunami victims,  Katrina, Red Cross, Salvation Army, etc.  SO believe me I like the giving end better! However, I asked to be debt free and God loves to answer our prayers now doesn't he!

We have done all we can to cut our spending to fund this build. We both drive vehicles that are about 10 years old! We and our 4 kids are living in a 20+ year old single wide mobile during this. My husband works all the OT he can. I sell on ebay and have a Usborne Books website, as well as homeschool our children.

I will post pictures of our progress as we go along. As well as post First names off those who donate to us. I promise to keep this page updated!! I hate viewing a help add and not knowing whether or not they are still in need!
