Conditions of Carriage

1.     Passengers must possess a valid ticket/s before boarding the train.

2.     No passenger has access to the footplate of the Locomotive.

3.     The Company reserves the right to refuse carriage to any passenger deemed by the guard/manager to pose a Health and Safety risk to the train or other passengers.

4.     Passengers must not open doors of carriages unless the train is stationary at the platform.

5.     Children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.

 6.     Issued tickets are non transferable and non refundable.

 7.     Passengers must remain seated at all times whilst  the train is in motion.

 8.     No Smoking is permitted within the carriages or any station building.

 9.     Penalty for improper use of the Emergency Brake is £50.00 stg.

 10.        Non staff members must remain on the platform at the stations unless instructed otherwise by an authorised staff member.
