Arapaho is located about 90 miles west of Oklahoma City on Interstate 40, then 4 miles north of Clinton, Oklahoma. Chief Brownfield was here for just over 4 1/2 years. Arapaho is a town of about 1,000 people, and is the county seat for Custer County.
Arapaho Police Department consisted of Chief Brownfield and an occasional reserve officer. We depend a whole lot on the welcome back-up from the county Deputies.
I would like to thank all the people of Arapaho Oklahoma, for making us feel so welcome.Small towns are the best. This small town is full of history, and the people are willing to talk about it all.Once again thank you all.
We will be going back soon just to take pictures and record the peoples stories. We only visted the Arapaho cemetery this last time, and I can't wait to go back. There were some extraordinaire events going on out at the Cemetery this night-everyone needs to check out the pictures page about Arapaho Cemetery.Very interesting.Everything from hereing a woman screaming to hereing footsteps behind you.And children laughter. What a great place to do a investigation.Tracey and I were standing at the back road of the cemetery, when Somethng started playing with the top of Tracey head, pulling on her hair.I found this to be very significant.I believe some of the Spirits of the night were trying very hard to keep are atention, and they did.
When Kay and Michelle were at the back line of the Cemetery and started to walk off, someone was wanted them to come back, thats when the woman was heard.I just happen to be going back to the back with the camcorder, and heard it at the same time that both of them did,and I did catch it on the camcorder. When I learn about how to cut the viedo I will let all here, unless someone wants a copy of the tape. Then just send me an E-Mail with your address and $10.00 If you don't think that is to much, and if you do $5.00 will be fine.I'm not trying to get rich.Just something to cover the price of the DVD tape, and it will be uncut version. So if you want a copy just let me know.
But this Cemetery is definitly worth going to if you are into the unknown of the Paranormal. But also be carefull of the animals of the night, that like to hide in the bushes,Tracey and I and connie ran into one of them.Don't know what it was but I do no it didn't like the flashlight are us being there. It started to growl at us,and it also had long nails on it's feel,so it was time to leave. And know we didn't look back.
I know alot of the Paranormal Laddies had alot of abnormal occurrence this night. There were alot of bizarre things going on outside the South side of the Cemetery, and we did catch alot of Orbs on that side and spirits whispering to us. But I don't believe we were suppose to be on that side, but of course some of us went anywat, but it wasn't posted to stay out.
We did do some experiments out there.I threw a piece of gravel and ask for the Spirits of the night to throw it back if they wish, but we didn't get any responce, but it was worth a try.
This location was definitly a spooky place to be at night, and a great place for the investigation.Lots of old gravesites there. And we will be going back, but more so for the town.Always ask for permission before you do anything, just to be on the safe side and to let others no where you are at.Just don't let your imagination get away from you out there, because it's very easy to do so because of the location. And the history behind this site.So stay safe until next time.
