Greener GREEN ACRES

A normal Basket for a family of four would consist of many varieties of PICKED-FRESH and CLEANED Vegetables DELIVERED to your door.                                                                      We Guarantee a MINIMUM of four different varieties, Picked the day of Delivery and WASHED in CLEAN chemical-free water from our farm.

First basket- European Mesclun mix, Radishes, Rapini, Fresh tender FIDDLEHEADS, Wild morels (retail $10/100g)  Rhubarb, Edible Wild Flowers

We can make "wine" from just about anything.                         Want to try 'Parsnip' wine? or other root vegetable?                 How about a squash - ever tried Pumpkin "Rum"?  

Would you like a Dry Red that is superior to some Grapes!!  Elderberry Wine (my favorite)
