GEORDANS FELL PONIES

We are based in South Hampshire.  Between Chichester and Portsmouth at the foot of the chalk hills of the South Downs.  Easily accessed by road at the bottom of the A3(M) and M3 just off the A/M27.

Our love of the fell pony was born when we purchased a three year old fell gelding, Llancloudy Skirrid (aka Ollie) who has proved to be one of the most kind hearted, patient, easy going and bomb proof ponies we have ever come across. 

We then decided that we wanted to buy and produce a traditional Fell stallion to promote this breed and help to produce good, quality youngstock for others to enjoy so we traced Ollie's breeders, Kevin and Gina Feakins at the Llancloudy stud based in Hereford.  After much discussion with Gina, she recommended a homebred colt that she advised would mature to be a very good example of the breed and into our lives came the seven month old bundle of fluff and fuzz called Llancloudy Gabriel.

We have seen him grow and mature into what we believe to be a stunning example of the Fell Pony with a lovely, kind and gentle temperament and his show career goes from strength to strength.  In the latter part of the 2008 season he came out under saddle competing in two Olympia qualifiers in which he came 2nd at the New Forest Show and 3rd at the Royal County of Berkshire (Newbury) Show in well attended classes.
