Geoids

This is the book of a well-known musical (!!).  Which one?  Only two people know and they're definitely not telling until 6:30pm on Friday 7th August.  Between then and Sunday the 9th we will cast and prepare to stage a single performance to be given at 4:30pm on said Sunday.  All this will take place at our rehearsal home - St Gabriel's Halls, Pimlico (we're not rehearsing round the clock, so it's not a sleepover!).

Of course, none of this can happen without a cast.  We're looking for a bunch of enthusiastic individuals to pitch in with our Musical Director (Tudur Eames) and Stage Director (Richard Hooper) for a weekend of highly-organised chaos.  Basic details . . .

Cost:  Current members - £30. Non/ex-members -  £35.  To include (almost) 13 months membership to 31st August 2010 - £45.  All subs will be payable in full, by cash or cheque, at the start of proceedings on the Friday evening.

Registration: Please send an email to enquiries@geoids.org.uk giving your name and a contact number as soon as possible.  If you've not worked with us before, please indicate whether you see yourself as (a) principal role only, (b) ensemble only or (c) anything that comes along.  If you have - your reputation will precede you!

Tickets:  So that your nearest and dearest (and anyone else) can see the results.  They'll will be on sale soon, cost £10 (£7 concessions).  There will only be 100 or so available so make sure everyone has the date in their diary!!

Oh, and to squash a rumour that's been circulating - it's definitely NOT West Side Story (or anything else we're prepared to drop a hint about)!
