1. God as the true Creator
Scientists celebrate when they find stone tools in a cave as it proves that someone made them. Neither would anyone believe that the carvings on Mount Rushmore were formed by mere erosion. We can recognize design in the man-made objects all around us. Sadly, many leading scientists of today believe that all plants and animals, including the human brain, which is more complex than any computer ever built, were not designed by God but rather came from chance evolutionary processes. But is this a logical position?
Even Prof. Richard Dawkins, who is a world-famous atheist (one who believes that God doesn't exist), admitted that ‘We have seen that living things are too improbable and too beautifully “designed” to have come into existence by chance.’ The design we see all around us is totally consistent with the Bible's explanation that God created everything. However, atheists like Dawkins stubbornly refuses to see that and say ‘All appearance to the contrary, the only watchmaker in nature is the blind forces of physics, albeit deployed in a very special way. A true watchmaker has foresight: he designs his cogs and springs, and plans their interconnections, with future purpose in his mind’s eye. Natural selection, the blind, unconscious, automatic process which Darwin discovered, and which we now know is the explanation for the existence and apparently purposeful form of all life, has no purpose in mind ... . It has no mind ... . It does not plan for the future ... it is the blind watchmaker.’ He believes that natural selection and mutations are enough to create the vast informational complexity in the design of living things. However, natural selection can only work on the information already contained in genes; it does not produce new information. God created distinct kinds of animals and plants, each to reproduce after its own kind.
Without a source of information, natural selection will not work to result in evolution. Evolutionists agree with that, but they believe that random mutation is somehow that source of information. However, that is strictly impossible. It is like saying that randomly striking the carvings at Mount Rushmore would improve them, or randomly changing letters in a book would improve it. It's the same thing with DNA, which is a language, comparable to that of a book. All mutations in DNA ever observed results in a net loss of information. If all creatures still having that information died out, that information will be lost forever, until Jesus returns. Mutations do not work to result in evolution. Besides, natural selection only works on reproducing, living things. Even the simplest bacteria is more complex than a factory, and thus could not have randomly formed from non-living matter.
So which is more logical? That matter arranged itself into informational systems against all laws of nature and science? Or that Someone with infinite intelligence, created life, agreeing with real science?
‘For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse’ (Romans 1:20).

2. Creation Week
“In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.”
It is suggested that the word ‘day’ is used figuratively and could mean millions of years; however, there is absolutely no justification for this in the context. ‘Day’ here could not mean anything but a 24-hour day. The phrase ‘the evening and the morning’ precludes any other explanation. In fact, it almost seems redundant — I think that God had specially placed it there, knowing that man would attempt to reinterpret the days to accommodate evolutionary ideas. If God really wanted to communicate the idea of millions of years, including that phrase is the last thing that He would do.
Note that the sun, which was not created until Day 4 is not needed for a day-night cycle. All it requires is that the light source, which God had supernaturally created, shines on one side of the earth.
“And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters. And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so. And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day. And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so. And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good. And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good. And the evening and the morning were the third day. And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years: And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so. And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth, And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good.”
Note that the earth and plants were created before the sun, moon, and stars, contrary to evolutionary views.
“And the evening and the morning were the fourth day. And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven. And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good. And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth. And the evening and the morning were the fifth day. And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so. And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good.”
Note that God created birds, and marine animals, including marine reptiles and mammals, before land animals, including dinosaurs, all contrary to the evolutionary order. This is more proof that the days definitely do not represent millions of years.
“And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so. And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.
(Genesis 1:1-31)

3. The fall of man and early genealogy
Life in Eden didn’t stay perfect for long, soon Adam and Eve were tempted by Satan to disobey God. He told them that if they eat of the fruit from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil they could be like God. Because of their sin they realized that they were naked, so they tried to hide from God. They sewed fig leaves together, but when God came to them they were ashamed. God had to kill an animal to make them real clothing, and that was the first death ever. Because of Adam and Eve’s sin there is death and suffering in the world.
After a while Adam and Eve had many children, two of which were Cain and Abel. Abel was a shepard and Cain was a farmer. There came a time when both brothers gave a sacrifice to God. Abel gave his first born sheep while Cain gave fruit that fell on the ground. God was proud of Abel and his sacrifice, but wasn’t proud of Cain’s. Cain was full of jealousy and soon he killed Abel, and when he was questioned by God (God already knew what happened) he lied to Him. He went out to the land of Nod with his wife and had a son named Enoch, which is what he named the city he built.
Seth was born a little later, at the time Adam was alive for 130 years. Adam went on to live 800 more years. That may seem impossible to us, but 930 years wasn’t even the longest someone lived! That record belongs to Methuselah at 969 years! Methuselah died in the year of the flood, his name even means something like "when he passes it will come". All this information and more is located in Genesis 5. The genealogy goes up to Noah and his sons Shem, Ham, and, Japeth. Genesis 11: 10 - 26 shows the genealogy from Shem to Abram (Abraham), and this is a time when human longevity really started to shorten. The longest lifespan in this section is 600 years, Eber is the next longest live at ‘only’ 464 years. The final genealogy is found in Matthew 1:1-17, and that goes from Abraham to Jesus Christ. Following through the genealogies written in the Bible we get roughly 4,000 years. Add on the 2,000 some years after Christ’s birth and you have about 6,000 years for the age of the Earth.

4. The Global Flood and the migration of animals
Roughly 1,500 years after the creation of the universe God sent a judgement on the world because it was filled with evil and corruption. This judgment was a flood that covered the entire Earth, sounds too strange to be true right, wrong. There is plenty of evidence if you know where to look, like the rock layers. The rock layers and fossil record were laid down through mud slides and volcanic eruptions that usually occurred underwater that quickly buried land animals that weren’t on the ark. The fossil record goes in the order in which things would have died. First came the less complex bottom-dwellers of the ocean. Then came some unlucky fish, jellyfish, and low living swamp life. Larger reptiles were next, like dinosaurs. It also included small mammals. Large mammals can stand colder weather and were next, people were last since they may have tried to stay on floating things. They would have lasted a few days, but without food they would have died soon.
“But how could the animals have possibly gotten to the places they live now?” This is one question asked all the time. The continents may not have been in their present places, the severe earthquakes triggered by the geysers exploding would have started moving the continents or continent. The animals probably didn’t just go to a certain place, most likely they went to many different places and couldn’t survive in many of those. As an example, if camels went to the Rocky Mountains they’d have a hard time living on those steep cliffs and competing with mountain goats. As for koalas, they can eat things other than eucalyptus leaves; what happens is that they get addicted to them. Some animals do specialize to certain things, but those mutations probably came after the flood. An example of this is the original cat kind mutating to become tigers, saber-tooth cats, lions, jaguars, and house cats. That is the Creationist Orchard, where certain animals were created, but through a loss of information became a different species. Mutations occur when a genetic characteristic is lost; no information has ever been gained through mutations. Genetic gain is the one thing needed for evolution to work, but it doesn’t happen
The flood was a judgment on the entire world, and God promised to never send another one to cover the Earth. (Genesis 9:11) That doesn’t mean we will not be judged again, but it’ll be by fire. Anyone who accepted Christ as their savior during the tribulation will be saved, living with Jesus here on a renewed Earth for 1,000 years. After that Satan will be freed from his chains for his final battle with Jesus, but he doesn’t stand a chance and will die. When the ‘battle’ is over there will be eternity of peace for all those who accepted him. For those who don’t it will be an eternity in Hell. You really don’t want to spend forever in the Lake of Fire, and the only way to stay out is through Jesus Christ. (Revelation 20:1-10)

5. The Tower of Babel and human immigration
Did you ever wonder were all the languages came from? Anyone who took a second language knows how confusing it can be. Some may say they popped up through the course of human evolution, but why? Every type of animal has one way of verbally communicating with others of its species, yet people have many. The answer to this is found in Genesis 11, after the flood. Noah’s descendents decided to stay together and keep one language, living in the land of Shinar, to the west of were the ark landed. They were getting a bit of an ego, thinking that they could be as great as God by building a tower that took them to Heaven. God needed to put them back in their place, and He stopped them by making them speak different languages. They got so confused that they could no longer build the tower and left with people that spoke their own languages. Some people went south to Africa, others went further west into Europe, and some went east to Asia which led them to Australia and the Americas. It is extremely likely that these people got to the separated continents by land bridges and boats that came out of the sinking water during the ice age (which would have lasted about 1200 years - 700 for building up the ice and 500 for the melting).
People on different continents didn’t become a certain color, they already were. This may explain: one tribe of people went to Africa and was full of people that were white, black, oriental, and middle eastern in color. With the sun beating down on them nearly constantly the best survivors were dark, they didn’t get sun cancer and other sun related diseases as easily as the others. It works opposite in Europe, were sun is less frequent whiter people survive because they need less sun. What defines the color of your skin is the amount of melanin in your genetics, the more you have, the darker you are. It also dictates how dependable and vulnerable you are to the sun. The amount of melanin is genetic, if two parents are white they won’t have a black kid. The only one that can go lighter or darker is the light-tan common in the Middle East. That is the probable color of Adam and Eve which is why we can have such a great variety of colors and individuality.

6. Dinosaurs
One of evolution’s favorite tools are dinosaurs, but why? Many believe that they actually prove the theory. We need to look at this logically though, what do we find in the dirt? All we find is the remains of dead animals, nothing (reliable) that says how old they are. Dinosaurs definitely did live with mankind, they are written in historical records (including the Bible). They’re probably still do live with us, they may just live in places we rarely explore. For way too long they were thought of as evolutionary relics; it is about time the truth about these magnificent reptiles was heard.
First of all, I’d like to say that dinosaurs are not mentioned in the Bible, but only because the word dinosaur wasn’t invented until 1841, while the King James Version of the Bible was first translated in 1611. Many times the word dragon could be well substituted with dinosaur, and the Bible describes creatures like dinosaurs (as in Job):
“Look now at the Behemoth, which I made along with you; he eats grass like an ox. See now his strength is in his hips, and his power is in his stomach muscles. He moves his tail like a cedar; the sinews of his thighs are tightly knit. His bones are like beams of bronze, his ribs are like bars of iron. He is the chief in the ways of God; only He who created him can bring him near the sword. Surely the mountains yield food for him, and all the beasts of the field play there. He lies under the lotus trees, in a covert of reeds and marsh. The lotus trees cover him with their shade; the willows by the brook surround him. Indeed the river may rage, yet he is not disturbed; he is confident, though the Jordan gushes into his mouth, though he takes it in his eyes, or one pierces his nose with a snare. (Job 40:15-24, quoted from NKJV)
Many translators translate it as an elephant or hippo, but they already have a Hebrew name, not to mention that neither of them fit the description. An elephant’s tiny tail and the hippo’s skin flap hardly look like a cedar tree, which grew to great sizes. “He is the chief in the ways of God” suggests that this was the largest land animal God created. They had to be to stand up to the Jordan River, which can reach heights of 40 feet or more. An elephant could not stand strong in that, it would float away. The only animals that would stand a chance are the gigantic sauropods (Ex. Brachiosaurus). Part of Isaiah 30:6 says mentions “the Viper and fiery flying serpent” which may be a pterosaur.
In other historical documents dragons and other reptilian ‘monsters’ are mentioned. One Sumerian story about (2000 B.C.) speaks of Gilgamesh cutting down cedars in a forest as he met a huge vicious dragon which he killed by slicing off its head for a trophy. Alexander the Great and his soldiers in India, they discovered that Indians worshiped huge reptiles they kept in caves (330 B.C.). One of the most respected ancient jobs in China was ‘dragon feeder’. St. George slew a dragon who lived in a cave. A 10th century Irishman wrote of his encounter with an animal that may be a stegosaurus. Historia Animalium (1500s) listed some animals that we’d call dinosaurs.
There are also many reports of dinosaurs living today, but don’t get much attention because of preconceived ideas that all dinosaurs died out millions of years ago. Of course there are animals that survived these supposed eons, including coelacanth, tuatara, and several crocodilians. Some sightings that are probably dinosaurs include the Mokele-mbembe of Africa, Burrunjor of Australia, and the creatures living Lake Murray, Papua New Guinea.
Besides, not all evolutionists believe that dinosaurs are extinct anyway; they think they turned into birds! This supposed change is impossible though, seeing how scales are totally different from complex feathers. Scales are thick and tough flaps of attached skin while feathers are unattached well designed systems of barbs and hooks. The idea of dinosaurs being warm-blooded was thought up just to make the ‘theory’ seem feasible, although warm-blooded reptiles would only further prove that something intelligent (God) designed them separately from other reptiles.

7. Why did God send Jesus?
This is a big question for many people, and the answer needs a logical look at the nature of God. One thing I hear a lot is “If God is all-loving and merciful why didn’t he just forgive Adam right off the bat?” But this question ignores other parts of God’s personality. He is also a perfect judge, and honest to His word. God sent His Son to keep His promise and to take our punishment for us.
Sin and death entered the world through Adam, and the last Adam takes it away. Jesus is that last Adam, He suffered and died on the cross because our punishment for sin is suffering and death. We do still suffer and die, but now we can look forward to eternal peace afterward. None of us are perfect, so we couldn’t have been that sacrifice. God sent His Son because He is the only perfect person, and therefore, our only chance at ever getting to Heaven with God.
Think of it this way, you’re on trial for committing a crime and the fine is well beyond what you can pay. Your other choice is several years in prison. You are sitting there worried that you are going to be locked in a cell for a long time. Then someone comes in that has absolutely nothing to do with the trial, but he asks if he could pay it for you. This is what Jesus does for all of us as long as we ask Him to.
This does not mean that Jesus will help everyone no matter what they believe in. He said that no one can go to the Father except through Him. That may not seem like the all merciful God we think we know, but don’t forget, He is also the perfect judge. No good judge would let a criminal of without a just punishment. The truth is, we’re all criminals in the eyes of God because we’ve all sinned and broke His commandments. Because of this we could never go to Heaven, but God sent Jesus to pay our “fine” for us.
A difference between a fine and our redemption is that a fine can be repaid by anyone (given they have enough of whatever it requires). We couldn’t possibly repay our sins, thank God (literally) that all we have to do is accept Jesus Christ as Savior and ask Him for forgiveness and every sin we’ve committed is not only forgiven, but forgotten! Once again, you can’t sin all you want and then conveniently and half-heartedly say “Sorry God, can you forgive me now?”, and continue living the way you did. If you’re truly sorry you’ll tell Him sincerely and try your hardest to keep from living that way ever again. When you do stumble God will forgive you, after all, that is why His Son died and rose again.
