There's Nothing But Lies in that Statement. GeneCo isn't cleaning up the community, they're murdering its poor! The fee for GeneCo's organs cost more than an 'arm and a leg'. The Powers that be over at GeneCo do not seem to understand that it may take longer than 90 days to pay them back. They also cannot seem to comprehend that life is hard for most, due to the state of the economy.
