Welcome to SkinDeep,

The reason behind this website is due to the fact i have suffered from depression throughout the majority of my life... as far as i can remember and i want to help others who suffer from similar situations. You must remember your not alone... and there are people who want to help you through tough times!

When i was younger i found it hard to find information about depression and self harm etc that i decided to build a site... a place where people can come and relate to others problems, share experiences and poems. Also to find out information about different illnesses, alternatives instead of self harming and phone numbers in case of crisis.
