The Scirocco GT24 is the race car version of the standard production Scirocco from Volkswagen. Scirocco GT24 participated in the Nurburgring 24-hour race event and is powered by a VW's 2.0-liter TSI engine which generates 325 HP with a max torque of 340 Nm at just 2,100 rpm. Mitsubishi double shotz concept
This is a bit old news. Double Shotz by Mitsubishi is an artist concept done for the Hot Wheels Designer's Challenge back in November 2007. Looks cool, so I thought to put it down here! What do you think? See more concept car pictures after the jump.
Brabus mercedes sl
Brabus takes the Mercedes SL to another level with up to 730 hp (720 hp SAE net) / 537 kW of Power, 1,320 Nm (973 lb-ft) of Torque, a Top Speed of 350 km/h (219 mph) and a sprint time of 4.0 seconds from rest to 100 km/h (62 mph), 10.5 seconds to 200 km/h (124 mph) .

The Ferrari California joins the Prancing Horse's 8-cylinder family which has always been defined by power and performance. The new model, Ferrari California, will be available exclusively as a convertible with a folding hard top. The Ferrari California will be powered by a new 4.3 Litre V8 engine and sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 4.0 seconds.
Jaguar xf
The German Tuner, Arden, has done some substantial modifications to the new Jaguar XF and denominated as the cat as the Arden AJ 21. The new AJ 21 will receive a typical Arden style front apron with a big radiator grill in handmade stainless steel mesh and large air vents for the perfect colling of the engine and brake system. Better handling at higher speeds will be provided by reducing the aerodynamic lift at the front axle with the help of the lower lines of the special front design.

Audi R8 is a supercar and doesn't really need any tuning per se. ABT, a german car tuner, has attempted to tune the super car Audi R8. ABT mods give the R8 the carbon fiber skirts, 20" inch wheels and a brake upgrade.

Team Repsol Mitsubishi Ralliart is also furthering the development of the new "Racing Lancer" with the clear objective of winning the Dakar in 2009 Dakar Rally. What would you want more from Audi R8? Audi R8 by itself is an awesome car with 420 HP and V8 FSI Engine. Recently, Audi announced that it would be coming up with the race car version of its supercar Audi R8 and named it as Audi R8 GT3. The Audi R8 GT3 will be available in the market beginning autumn 2009. The Audi R8 GT3 is the GT3 version of Audi R8 and features a 6-speed sequential gear box and has a 500 horses power. 
Pointiac G8 Sport Truck (ST) has the same 361 HP V8 engine and the basic architecture as the G8 GT performance sedan. G8 ST has a 73.9 inch cargo bed with 42.7 cubic feet of cargo space and can carry a payload of 1,000 pounds or tow a 3,500 pound trailer. With G8 ST, Pontiac is aiming to create a unique niche segment in the marketplace: a sports car with truck-like cargo and towing capabilities.
Bugatti will be presenting their new Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport in public on 16th August at the lawn in front of "The Lodge at Pebble Beach". Though the release didn't gave details on performance specs, one could be rest assured that it is one of the best cars out their in market.
Mercedes-Benz debuts the new SL65 AMG Black Series based on a highly modified and lightened version of the company�s revered SL roadster. The new SL65 AMG Black Series coupe features a carbon-fiber fixed roof, front fenders, hood, trunk lid and front and rear aprons.�With all these super-strong, lightweight parts, plus the absence of retractable roof hardware, the car is more than 550 pounds lighter than the standard SL.
The 6.0-liter AMG V12 engine has been modified to produce more than 650 horsepower and a staggering 738 pound-feet of torque.� Its twin turbochargers are 12 percent larger, passages for intake air and the turbo wastegates have been modified, and the intake air intercooler is 30 percent more efficient.�The result is> zero-to-60 mph acceleration of only 3.8 seconds, and an electronically limited top speed of 198 mph.

The Foose Coupe debuted at the 2006 SEMA show and now is available to public as a signature series limited edition vehicle with the production limited to only 30 vehicles. The Foose Coupe features a 500 HP 6.4 Litre V8 Engine with 5 Speed Manual transmission and has a seating capactiy of only 2 people. The performance stats are not published but I am sure they would be equally impressive. Check out more details after the jump | |
