Trustee Kerry Paulson

Assistant Chief Paulson joined the Clio Area Fire Dept. on Aug. 8,1988. He has served on both station 1 and 2 working his way up thru the ranks over the years. Chief Paulson was promoted to Assistant Chief in April 2007. Chief Paulson serves on the by-law committee and is Chairman of the Standards Committee. Chief Paulson has been trained in Hazardous Material thru Young's Environmental and has Completed Officer III certification. Chief Paulson is also involved with the Fire and Iron Motorcycle Club serving as the Vice President. Chief Paulson joined the board in 2011.

Trustee Damon Tobias

Mt Morris City Fire Assistant Chief

Assistant Chief Damon Tobias joined the City of Mt Morris Fire Department in September of 1996.  Prior to his joining the department Asst Chief Tobias served his country in the United States Army for approximately four years.  Asst Chief Tobias is committed towards his community and his department.  Asst Chief Tobias currently serves as a command officer, Health and Safety Officer, NIMS compliance Officer, and is the supervisor of the Pre-Plan Task Force. Asst Chief Tobias was promoted to his current position in October of 2008. On Wednesday, November 23, 2009 Asst Chief Tobias was recognized for his efforts with the successful rescue of a trapped victim at a commercial building fire on November 1, 2009.   This is one of the highest achievements in the fire service. Asst. Chief Tobias has a very supportive wife and two kids. Asst. Chief Tobias joined the Board in 2012.

Past President Robert Cairnduff

Chief Cairnduff joined the Fenton City Fire Department in 1996, prior to joining he spent 5 years with the City of Linden Fire Dept. Chief Cairnduff was hired as Chief in 2006. He is certified through the Fire Department Safety Officers Association as a "Fire Suppression-Incident Safety Officer". Chief Cairnduff is a certified Fire Inspector through NFPA, and the State of MI. as well as a licensed Paramedic, and EMS Instructor Coordinator with the State of MI. Current member of the MI fire chiefs association, and the Southeast MI fire chiefs association, he is the GCAFC representative for the County EMS board and was installed in 2008-2009 board year.
