Trahlyta Falls

Trahlyta is located in Vogel State Park.

Once in the parking lot, take the path on either side of the lake around to the far end. Here a gravel path leads downhill to a viewing deck.

With care and good log-walking skills, it's possible to get below the deck for a full view of the falls. I recommend a walking stick to help with the slippery rocks.

Helton Creek Falls consists of the Upper and Lower Falls. These falls are located right past the Vogel State Park.

After turning off Highway 129, drive about 2 miles down a winding, gravel road to a small parking area. The trail is on the right side, and immediately heads downhill. The path twists through the woods and is a fairly easy walk, as long as you don't mind some stairs.

Very near the falls the path splits; 26 stairs down to the Lower Helton Falls or 28 stairs up to the Upper Helton Falls. The Upper Falls path leads to a walkway and viewing deck.
