The apex (center) of the pyramid ring is connected to the center of the pupil of the All-Seeing Eye (level of the 7th Bindu chakra) in the tiara of the goddess by an angle of 23.5 degrees precisely. The 24.09-degree line, as proposed by Don Barone misses the eye and the crown.

“The Serpent of the Earth becomes Celestial . . .”
From C. Jacq (1993), p. 99
Its possible that the dot at the center of the sun glyph represents the source-center of consciousness and this is evident in the imagery shown above.
Note the Sun Symbol or Sun glyph above the head - the same location as the Bindu in Hindu depictions of the Chakra System. Note that the sun glyph is also placed between the two Eyes of Horus - perhaps revealing its activation by the opening of the ‘third eye’ (shamanic trance state - hypnagogic).
On the right we see a figure riding the serpent to the stars.
My interpretation:
We are being told that activation of the “third eye”, also allows one to leave the body and travel “astrally” through the heavens as an orb of light (sun symbol – thalamus). This is evidenced in the wings of the snake held by the standing figure who is about to depart on the serpent – he becoming one with the serpent energy of the Kundalini
