The Garuda Centre Opened in 2000 and offered Reiki training, and healing sessions. Since then the centre has expanded to include corporate trans-work, taiji training, hypnosis, a variety of healing modalities, coaching and NLP.

Our vision is to play an active role in creating a world people want to live in.The centre strives to achieve this vision through a mission to empower individuals to work on their own actualisation. 

Our Reiki training starts again this December and takes place within a larger framework of metphysics and healing. Trainers all have experience in different healing arts and we like to bring new learnings to students.

We are in a position to offer a variety of services related to personal and group awakening and change.

YOUR TRAINERS

CHANTAL (See Chantal's Trance Dance Workshops)
Chantal graduated from the University of Witwatersrand with Hons in Dramatic Art. She REMAINS passionate about facilitating workshops using Drama as a transformational tool.

Due to her unquenchable thirst for learning about humans (particularly herself) she pursued an active interest in the Healing Arts. She qualified as an Aerobics Instructor (ETA) and studied Personal Training, added to it Reflexology and Massage (studied in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Atlanta USA), Master initiations in Reiki and a Diploma in Bio-Genetics. Under the umbrella of TREADcc Chantal also presents Trance Dance workshops after undergoing the Trance Dance Intensive Training at Italy's Soleluna Institute.

She's a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner in Modelling, Creativity and Strategies of Genius; Eriksonian Hypnosis and Trance, and has just completed NLP Business Excellence for Coaching, Consulting and Training. Chantal uses a combination of modalities.

Her questing led her to experience numerous personal development and life training courses such as John Kehoe's Mind Power, Insight training, Lifeline, Postural Integration, Family Constellations, Hanlie Raath's Inner child and Boundary workshops to name a few.

Her mission: to support people in celebrating their wholeness by unblocking the channels.

HENK
Henk graduated from the University of Pretoria with Bcom (Law) and Bcom (Hons) in Communication Management.

Henk also runs En-Trance, a corporate holistic wellness service provider, specialising in facilitated group process work (in trance).

Henk has three Neuro-Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner certifications: Modelling, Creativity and Strategies of Genius; Eriksonian Hypnosis and Trance, and NLP Business Excellence for Coaching, Consulting and Training. He also holds Diploma in Bio-Genetics therapy, and is a a Reiki teacher and practitioner.
He has studied various schools of esotericism and metaphysics, including Kabbalah (under Helen Thompson and Ivan Kaplan); Shamanism locally and in South America; Gnosticism, Anthroposophy, and others (-Maybe he reads too much) 

Henk runs a private practice at the Garuda Centre. He enjoys trance-work, and with body-work it forms the back-bone of his integrative methodology to helping people help themselves.
