My name is Brace Hemmelgarn and I just completed my freshman year at St. John's University in Collegeville, MN. Along with school, I also played D-III baseball this past year for the Johnnies and hope to pursue that throughout my next three years at SJU.

I began Game Day Custom Designs in 2006 as a young kid and recently expanded and changed the name to Game Day Designs & Images.

I currently work as the Athletic Publications intern at St. John's University in Collegeville, MN specializing in layout and design of all game day programs and season magazines. I also work as a freelance designer, most recently for the St. Cloud River Bats of the Northwoods League designing their marketing pamphlet, pocket schedule, game day program, and the upcoming trading card giveaway set.

Along with my design gig, I am also an aspiring photographer. I have always had the interest since I began taking photos at the College World Series in 2006. It grew on me this year when I decided to buy my own equipment. During this past year, I worked as one of the men's hockey photographers at D-I St. Cloud State University. Along with shooting for SCSU, I shot the Dodge Holiday Classic at Mariucci Arena, the Minnesota High School State Boys Hockey Tournament as well as St. John's basketball.
