Okay, fellow Galadhrim, Tar Cuthalion and I have outlined the terms of our alliance, and they are the following:

We are to provide military assistance to one another, to provide free passage through each others realm, uphold our mutual defense pact, allowance of the right to be informed of any and all military operations, obeying each others right to uphold their laws according to each realm, and most importantly, the right to free ale when visiting the others halls.

May this alliance stay strong in dark days and day of sorrow
May this alliance help each other in time of war, despair and trouble
May this oath bond us together like brother to brother
And never forget about each other!
