Gail Tobey

We were friends for two or three years. At the end of November 2004, the Church of Scientology saw fit to excommunicate me, and as a result of that Gail decided she would no longer communicate to me, in line with the Church's policy on enforced religious shunning which they call "Disconnection". I do not have a current address for her and this is the only way I can get a message to her.

I don't have a problem with people doing what they think is correct, as long as it does not conflict with the laws of the land and what is morally correct.

During the time that we were friends, I spent literally hundreds of hours and several thousand dollars helping Gail. I estimate the total money to be at least $5,000. We had an agreement that she would pay it back, one way or another. To date she hasn't paid back more than $20 of it. To make it a round figure and to make it possible to fully terminate other business agreements we made, I will accept $5,000.00 in International Money Orders as full payment and resolution of all debts and obligations. It doesn't have to be all paid at once, but I want to start receiving fair-sized chunks of it soon.

I moved in January 2006 from California to England. I may or may not return to California at a later date.

This page here at www.gailtobey.com is a reminder of the debt, the fact that Gail Tobey owes Paul Adams $5,000. I would like my money back. I can be contacted by e-mail at fzglobalguy@yahoo.com, my usual address.
