Entry V is an entry in the Poetry section of the Summer Splash contest.
A day on my island
here i am i look around,
i am alone none to be found,
i see a palm tree and a hamic,
and a small leafy bungalow,
i knock on the door but none is home
i walk inside it's a beautiful home
i here someone say ,"Hey! who's there?!"
"Just little old me i am the only one here!"
Then i woke up, on my little old hamic
That was weird i said
as i looked around and saw the sunset over the sea
Goodnight tiny island and all it's palm trees...
