Life and Love, Giggles and Tears

Welcome to T'ranak, a land that may just exist as long as we believe in it.... Welcome to the world of my dreams and aspirations, where just a teenage girl can change the world and an unintelligent young maiden can become the queen's right hand woman...

I am Ren A. Simmons, writer of Tails of Tig'crucian Past, known most by the current work in progress, Sands of Time. Until it becomes the series that it is set out to be, I will work as hard as possible to make my dreams come true. No matter what obstacles get in my way, I'll get my books published.

If some of you may not know, I am human. I do make mistakes. I always have made mistakes. I've made some pretty big mistakes in my life, in fact. One of them has made me want to write an autobiography. Unfortunately, even when I don't try, the words never come. But that biggest mistake introduced me to one of the best of friends a girl can ever have. He helped me a lot. He's picked me up off of the ground after falling off of a bike and maybe fracturing my wrist. He's told me everything's going to be okay even when I think it isn't. In this one paragraph, I want to thank him. He means a lot to me. And he knows who he is. He is my inspiration to write and to keep moving on. Without him, I doubt I would have kept writing through the hard times I've been through.

And as for that special connection of mine with that one special teacher... thank you. So much. Even if you never knew, you helped me through one of the hardest times in my life just by being there. I love you Foods. And yes, I will get around to eating that Snickers bar. You let me write out my feelings and steered me in the right direction. You gave me the laughs that I needed. You are my inspiration to keep on working harder. You let me work hard for that perfect hundred at the end of the year. And I know you helped that grade bump up a little.

Since this site has been out of use for so long, I'd like to say hello to my VMKaddict.com friends who will be filtering through here for the new contest. It's easier to host the contest here and keep everything organized and anonymous between the users. I hope you like the page! =)
