I thought about the question of what admin is needed in the FZ. There is a lot of policy available, in English and other languages. There are various people existing in groups or organiazations delivering the tech in one form or another. A central body issuing orders and demanding compliance or money is not going to work at all. But what might be useful is tailored information in the form of simple org boards, hat write-ups, and programs/projects--items that bridge the gap between the very general policy and the existing scene of many people who have not worked for decades in Scn organizations.

So here it is, starting off in rudimentary form, and hopefully gradually growing to be more and more useful.

There is an admin scale for an individual/group here.

There is a write-up on the use of routing forms in expanding a group or organization, where the staff members may not know much about policy. There is one full routing form completed, with more to come.

There are some simple programs yet to be written.
