Downloading Instructions for FX Trading Station 2.0

  1. Click on this link: FX Trading Station for Windows.
  2. Check ?Run? or ?Open? (Do not click ?Save?).
  3. Follow the installation instructions on the screen.
  4. Once the program is fully installed, an FX Trading Station icon will appear on your desktop, as well as the item "FX Trading" in your Programs Menu. Click on the FX Trading Station, in the menu or on the desktop, and enter your User ID and password. Under "Connection", use the drop down arrow to select "Demo".

Downloading News Plugin

Download the news plugin to access real-time forex news from ThomsonFX, the leading providers of forex news. When the trading station is closed, simply download it, install it, and then restart your FX Trading Station.

Downloading MarketScope Charts Plugin

The MarketScope charts allow you access charts from within the FX Trading Station. Simply download, install, and restart your FX Trading Station.

System Requirements 

  1. Operating Systems: Windows 2000 or XP suggested
  2. Wireless internet connections are not supported nor recommended for live trading activity. Wireless internet connections do not provide a consistent uninterrupted flow of data between your professional FX Trading Station
    and our dealing desk. A physical internet connection is highly recommended.
  3. Web Browser: Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0
  4. Processor: 300MHz Pentium (600MHz or higher suggested)
  5. RAM: 128 MB (256 MB or higher suggested)
  6. Hard Drive: 60 MB of free space
