COOL SUMMER BEAN SALAD Recipe Shopping List: Salad 2 cans garbanzo beans (15 oz. rinse and drain ) 2 cans kindey beans (15 oz. rinse and drain ) 2 medium carrots ( grated ) 2 small zucchini ( diced ) 4 radishes ( sliced ) 1/4 cup shredded swiss cheese Homemade Salad Dressing 2/3 cup olive oil 1/3 cup red wine vinegar 3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp.onion powder 1/2 tsp. garlic powder |
PREPARING YOUR SALAD In large salad bowl , combine first five ingredients .Combine all your salad dressing ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid ; shake well. Drizzle dressing over your salad , toss and cover , chill for one hour. Top with swiss cheese and serve. Makes 16-18 servings | |

PREPARING YOUR SALAD In large salad bowl whisk vinegar basil and 1 tbsp. of your olive oil ,whisk in sugar and salt and set aside.Saute chicken with remaining oil over medium heat until juices are clear.Add to your vinegar mixture and toss.Steam green beans until tender Add beans and tomatoes to chicken mix toss and refrigerate 1 hour.
