Welcome to the homepage of The Union of Funeral Doom Solo Projects! There are a lot of one-person funeral doom projects out there. Some of them signed to record labels, but most of them unsigned. Heck, most of them never heard of! The purpose of this site is to promote funeral doom solo projects.
Funeral doom is one of the most extreme forms of musical art. It is an art of isolation, depression and hopelessness. Therefore, solo projects are the most natural form of funeral doom. Be it "bedroom projects", semi-professional or HiFi-professional, funeral doom is the music of solitude and preferably performed by one-person projects. This is by no means a declaration of war against funeral doom bands. On the contrary, we hail the names of Thergothon, Evoken, Skepticism, etc. However, solo projects can never be supported too much, and that's why this site was established.
