Research shows that before the age of 6, a child has the innate ability to learn and speak a language as if he was a native speaker; this unique feature provides the young child with the capability to acquire multiple languages, which in his early years gives him a strong awareness of the multi-cultural world around him. When the languages are continued in higher learning, they provide the child with a huge advantage in the ever-increasingly global and competitive environment we live in.
Our program Habla Espanol ! uses the method of full language immersion, whereby the class is conducted entirely in Spanish by native educators trained to teach Spanish to non-native speakers ages 3 and up.
Espanol I: Through the use of learning manipulatives, storytelling, music (listening & singing) and lots of fun activities, Preschoolers as young as 2 years old learn about numbers, colors, shapes, weather and to speak simple everyday words & phrases. Parent participation required for children under 4 years of age. 45minute-class weekly. Tuition: $12.00 per class with monthly enrollment or $15.00 single class. Class times: Tuesday 10am or Wednsday 4:30pm .
Espanol II teaches elementary-school aged children to read & understand simple Spanish children's books, and to speak & write basic Spanish vocabulary and phrases with the emphasis on conversation. 45minute-class weekly. Tuition: $12.00 per class with monthly enrollment or $15.00 single class. Class times: Monday or Tuesday 5pm.
Espanol III is designed for middle & high school students as tutorial instructions in addition to their regular Spanish class in school. Classes are available as private (1 on 1), semi-private (2 to 1) or small group (4 to 1) lessons. 1 hour class weekly. Tuition: $65.00 monthly (4 classes per month) or $180.00 for 3 months (12 classes). Class times: Monday or Tuesday 6pm. Additional Classes forming.
