By Laws and Protocol

FCPS Bylaws:

  1. We will never procure funds for any investigative services rendered.
  2. If a criminal situation presents itself; on site our within our group; we will fully comply with all Federal, State and Local law enforcement.
  3. FCPS Team Members will not intrude on site owner’s property. Including but not limited to; personal effects, vehicles, perishable goods, and clothing. Investigators will be allowed access to only the structure itself, and property specified by homeowner in advance. If at any time, a FCPS Team Member engages in undesirable activity (use of narcotics, alcohol consumption, sexual advances, obscenity, etc…), while on site or in-house; said member will be suspended until possible law enforcement can intervene.

  4. FCPS Members will not solicite for any information, this includes but is not limited to; articles, newsletters, visual media, audio media, etc..

  5. Any "evidence" gathered will only be used for group inclusion upon permission of site owner.

  6. All FCPS Members agree to comply with the FCPS Privacy Agreement on behalf of the site owner(s).
