Sign-ups for the 2010 Summer CSA will begin shortly, so stay tuned!

In the meantime, we hope you might be enjoying our Winter CSA!

• A weekly bag or box of seasonal produce from mid-June through mid-November (depending on the weather!). If you pick up your share from the farm you may pick and choose what you want to eat that week from the selection available. If you choose the delivery option we will carefully pack an assortment of 8-10 different vegetables that are in season.
• An opportunity to pick your own crops such as, herbs, flowers, peas, tomatoes, and more. U-Pick gardens are grown at Stick and Stone and Three Swallows. You have an open invitation to the U-Pick gardens! Crops are open and unlimited to all members during day light hours throughout the season.
• A weekly newsletter that will fill you in on the farm happenings, up coming crops and offer seasonally appropriate recipes.
• An invitation to community events: Farmers Ball, Harvest dinner, potlucks, seasonal celebrations, and educational experiences on the farms.
• The opportunity to join "side dishes" like the Finger Lakes Fruit Bowl as well, which provides a weekly share of local fruit.
• Opportunities to participate in farm life and connect to your food source.

We want good quality, healthy food to be available to everyone.  With that in mind, we offer three different pick-up options, and three different payment plans, in the hopes that one combination of the options below will fit your budget and lifestyle.  (Please note: the Winter Share is independent of the growing season shares.)

Share Options:

Farm Pick-up: $485 ($19/week)  You can choose whether to pick up your share at Stick and Stone Farm on Wednesdays, or at Three Swallows Farm on Saturdays.  Bring your own grocery bag, and choose what of the bounty you'd like to take home!  Help yourself to the U-Pick crops while you're there. Look here for directions to the farms.

Group Delivery: $525 ($20/week)  Pick up your share on Thursdays at Ludgate Farms Gourmet Country Market (during their business hours), Mama Goose (between 3-7pm), 527 North Aurora Street (between 4-8pm), or Maple Wood Park, or get 5 or more members to share any delivery location of your choice.  The farmers will choose a selection of each week's produce, pack it in a 1/2 bushel box, and Garden Gate Delivery will deliver it on Thursdays.  Check to see what's in your box this week.

Home Delivery: $575 ($22/week)  Each week on Thursday, your farmer-selected boxed share will be brought to your home or workplace within the city of Ithaca by the good folks at Garden Gate Delivery.  Check to see what's in your box this week.

Payment Options:

Pay-in-full Prices listed above, according to pick-up or delivery option.  $25 discount for early birds who pay-in-full before December 31, 2008.

Installment Plans The installment plan requires an initial payment equal to one month of your share option amount which will hold your space and be used for the last month of your share. After the initial payment, payments are due June 15th, July 15th, Aug. 15th, Sept. 15th and Oct. 15th.  A $25 service charge is calculated into the installment plan prices.

$92/month for group delivery (including Ludgate's)

$100/month for home delivery

Community Supported Shares We offer a limited number of Community Supported Shares for low-income families through the Healthy Food for All program.  Please contact us or Liz Karabinakis at Cornell Cooperative Extension if you are unable to afford a share but would still like to join (by e-mail or 607.272.2292). 

We are now accepting online sign-ups and PayPal payment for our 2009 Growing Season Share and the Finger Lake Fruit Bowl's 2009 fruit share. If you'd rather not pay online via PayPal, please contact Katie in order to sign up.
