The Full Plate Farm Collective is a multi-farm CSA in the Ithaca, NY area that includes  Remembrance Farm, Stick & Stone Farm, and Three Swallows Farm. Our three farms grow over 50 acres of vegetables which we offer through over 500 summer and winter CSA shares to households in the Ithaca area. Our three farms share the vision of building community, farming with integrity, and growing high quality food with fair prices for all involved. We don’t use synthetic fertilizers or pesticides, but rely on crop rotation, compost and cover cropping to maintain an ecological balance. Each farm grows different crops which are collected together for CSA distribution. By relying on each other, we are able to provide a more consistent and diverse share of the harvest than we could individually. By sharing our resources, skills, labor and knowledge, we become better farmers and strengthen the local farm community.
