Echoes In Time

Photography has always been a love of mine.  Initially I was not a fan of the digital medium, preferring my trusted and beloved 35mm SLR.  I finally broke down and purchased a digital camera, and while I still prefer 35mm for some things, I have become an enthusiastic convert to the world of digital photography.  I love the immediate gratification of being able to download my pictures instantly, and it's much easier on the pocketbook not having to buy film and pay for processing.  I also get a lot of satisfaction in being able to edit my pictures myself, rather than having to rely on the limited options available from photo processing labs.

I have been sharing my pictures with family and friends, and decided to put them on a website of my own so that I can provide a link rather than emailing and posting pictures on other sites.  This site is a work in progress, and there will be more pictures added as time goes by.  Please note that all pictures and written content are copyrighted to me, and I ask that you please do not take anything to use in any way without obtaining permission to do so.  Thank you, and I hope you enjoy the pictures!

To view pictures, simply click on a thumbnail and a larger version of the picture will appear in the viewing pane.  For an even larger view, click on the picture in the viewing pane, and it will open a larger picture in a new window.

Please note that some pictures, especially the moon shots, do look better in the larger view.  In the viewing pane, the moon tends to have some jagged edges, but that is not the way it looks in the original pictures.
