Well quite a bit has happened since September.
Barn has stalls and horses are tucked up nicely at night.
I have had more truck problems, my slave cylinder went, my battery will not start the truck if it is below -20 and now my power steering is making awful noises. Glenn is taking it to the garage tomorrow as it is too scarey to not get checked out. Oh Yeah and i also need a 500 dollar brake job, found that out when i got my snow tires installed.
Another cruel blow today, I opened my hydro bill and found they had read the meter for the 1st time in over a year. I owe $1300.
We are doing well at darts so far this year, have qualifyed for legion zone and in Darts Ontario we are sitting 4th in doubles and I am first in singles.
I am sick of winter already, but who isn't.
September
It's been 3 months since an update so thats how busy I've been. I have barely ridden all Summer. Went to a clinic end of June at Canterdown which was cross country, and nothing since. It's been cutting brush, removing barb wire, digging fence post holes, cleaning out barns. Finally got the horses there last weekend, (September 11th). Everyone loaded well and there were no mishaps, so that was great. Still a ton of work to be done as all five horses are on about 2 acres of Paddock and are already getting bored. I have a fenced riding area, which is a luxury. It is a little small at only 15M wide and 38 long, but will do. I have about half my garden transplanted and doing well. Probably won't be moving myself there any time soon as haven't even touched on improving the house. I will upload a few pictures of how it looks now.
