Server Guide Lines

The ftp program we offer is a free program where we run off of donations and hard drives that are sent to us by companies. Below is the term of use for our ftp server program that we created.
- You may not create more then one account.
- You may not share your information with other people.
- You may not upload files that may harm the hosting server or corrupt program. (We do have computer protection).
- You may not upload copyrighted material to your account or the uplic account.
- You should not upload personal information/material
- All information being uploaded must not contain explicit material, viruses, spyware, malware etc.
- Try to compress the files into a compress file and add a password for extra security.
- Do not upload excessive files. Files take space and we try to offer virtually unlimited space. If we see you are causing performance problems with the server(s) we will disable your account and delete all your files. Please do not upload excessive amounts of files that take up a lot of space.
- We have the right to terminate your account at anytime.
- We have the right to delete your files at anytime.
- Files containing viruses, spyware, malware etc. will automatically be deleted and your account terminated.
- Disabled accounts will only be able to use the free public account.
- Any pirated software found on your account or public folder will be deleted and your IP address reported to the correct people. This also goes for copyrighted material.
