November 23, 2005: A bit of an explanation: Yes, we are still all alive. The first problem was we allowed too many entries for this round; we thought we could handle it, but future rounds will be capped at 15. We have been expirencing technical difficulties and also dissagreement amoung the judges. Real life has also been quite stressful and demanding (jobs, kids, finances, etc). In short, we got pretty lazy and then pretty discouraged when it came to the whole awards site thing. **We have judged round two.** We are attempting now to write reviews and make awards. We hope to have it all posted soon. Our appologies. ~Rosawyn
August 5, 2005: Changed the links page so we now link to Rosawyn's new site, A Word Means Glowing, instead of her old vid page. Sorry for the links page looking so messy; it is a work in progress.
August 1, 2005: So that's it then. We're judging the 25 entries we recieved for round two and hope to have the resuts posted sometime within the next two weeks.
July 30, 2005: Entries updated. We currently have 25 entries, and that looks like it might be it for this month, but you still have just a bit over 28 hours to get them in (vids must be in before midnight PST on July 31). Also, we have a new afiliate -- check it out on our links page.
July 18, 2005: Entries updated. That makes 21 (only 9 spaces left!! lol). Three new catagories added -- Best "Love is Sweet" video, Best "Love Hurts" video, and Best Ensemble video. Also, added a new button made by Rosawyn.
July 16, 2005: We just received our second Challenge entry. This one's by Lazerus The Duck. It has a lot of high-tech effects. Cool.
July 15, 2005: Entries updated. That's 19 now, and we're seeing so many good vids, we may have to either create new catagories or have a lot of runners up just to give awards where they are deserved. Four entries which are currently being held in stasis until such time as they comply with our rules may or may not be considered this round, as we are only 11 enries short of the 30 we at which we said we'd cap a round.
July 14, 2005: Entries updated -- we now have 17 entries. A little note to those of you still submitting: Be sure to read the rules. I cannot stress enough how important this is to everyone's sanity. And please make it easy for us to find the link back to us; it's felt like a rather un-rewarding Easter Egg hunt a lot of the time. *sigh*
J\uly 13, 2005: Entries updated. That's 12 now which is one less than we juddged last round and it's not even halfway through the month, so this is going to be interesting.
July 11, 2005: Entries updated. So that's 7 now. Round One Winners moved to the newly-created Fruit Punch Mouth Archive. If you missed picking up your award or reading your vid review, don't worry; they're still available. Yay for Musha and Rosawyn who won Best Romance and Best Comedy at the 5x5 Awards in the June round. ^_^
July 7, 2005: Entries updated. We have five so far for round two, and it's only the second week of July. Added links to the awards as well so you can all go see just what we thought was award-worthy last round.
July 6, 2005: Winners posted! Check out the awards and reviews here. We appologise for the jpg quality of the awards (we swear, they looked better before the jpg smeard them all up :P); next time, we'll see if we can find a better file format for the awards. We've got some entries for round two already and will be posting them soon.
July 4, 2005: We're done judging Round One and are currently making awards and writing reviews -- we hope to have winner posted soon. We are also accepting entries for Round Two, so feel free to send them in. New catagory added: Best Eppisodic! (Remember to tell us if your vid is eppisodic when entereing.) Note: Rule 7 (regarding award-winning vids being re-entered) has changed and is now longer and more confusing -- read all about it here.
July 1, 2005 (later the same day): Entries updated. We might be adding categoires other than those currently listed due to the nature of the entries submited for this round; of course, we said we might do that.
July 1, 2005: So that's it for round one; we have two more entries that are not yet listed on the entries page, so it's a grand total of 13 entries in the first round of our contest. Feel free to enter your vids, but remember that they'll be judged for round two now. Since we've never done this before, we're not sure how long it'll take to judge this round, but we'll try to make the hard decisions and get the awards up within the next week or so.
June 26, 2005: Entries are updated. Sorry for the delay; it was due to technical difficulties (IE was having a dissagreement with freewebs). We currently have 11 entries, and I'm becoming increasingly encouraged with the variety and quality of vids we are recieving. We also have a link to the BBM awards as they asked to be affilates. ... *pokes Musha* You're not supposed to tell stuff like that about the vids. :p Besides, I generally like most vids more the more times I watch them. ~Rosawyn
June 22, 2005: We received our 8th entry today. This one's an unusual little piece called "It's the &%$#!" by Avenue Potter. Personally I like it, but I can't say that I speak for all of the judges. After all, I'm the only judge who seems to like "After the Flesh." Also, I've just finished yet another button for you folks to use. This one features everybody's favourite insane vampire, Drusilla. You'll find it, along with all our other buttons in the Link to Us section. --Musha
June 19, 2005: The General Info, Rules, and Catagories have all been updated with both minor and semi-major changes. Check it all out here. **Entries have also been updated.** We currently have 7 entries for this round, and one Song Challenge entry. I think one of they guys should put the next batch of entries up, since my head hurts now from all that typing, copying, and pasting. ^_^ ~Rosawyn

June 17, 2005: We have two more entires, these from the talleneted Lazerus the Duck. We are considering closing the contest at the end of the month instead of waiting for 30 entries. We also have our first challenge video, "I'm So Happy" by Faewyn. Check it out on our challenges page.

May 20, 2005: Our efforts to update the "Enter a Video" page into an acutal form were cut short when we discovered we are not allowed more than 7 questions on a form in a non-Premium account. :-P *bonks poopy heads at Freewebs* Still awaiting entries. (You guys do know how to use email, don't you?)
April 19, 2005: Our site is now liked to from the Buffyverse Music Video Database. Also, a new link button, made by yours truly, is available in the Link to Us section. ;) --Musha
April 1, 2005: Site operational. Challenges posted. We're excited to see what entries we get for our first contest.
March 31, 2005: Opened a freewebs account and started work on the site. We're hoping to get it up and running soon, but it looks like there's a lot of work to be done.
