This applies to any part of my site. Please follow these rules to maintain a lovely lush friendly environment:
First of all: Theft
Taking stuff without permission then putting it on your site without a link back
or a credit link to say where you got it from
Doing the above then saying that you did it by yourself or with your staff etc.
Hotlinking and direct linking. if you don't know what this is, look it up.
If you have done all/some of this you have stolen and that isn't tolerated. CONSTANT VIGILANCE! (lol)
Concequenses
Okay. so i have found you have stolen from my site.
I will try to contact you, giving you at least a week to reply back giving some sad excuse/apology and i will mail back an answer. [[if i like you, i'll leave it and you will just have to provide a link back. if i don't like you, i'll tell you to take my damn [whatever] outta your sorry site.]]
if however nothing as been done or you have not taken appropriate action, i will contact your host informing them of this probelm. perhaps your web will be deleted and it is likely you will never steal again.
i'm quite happy for people to be using my stuff for their website or whatever, but i do want to know where my stuff is going and a link back so i do have some credit. some sort of text link is fine or on the credits page. everythingand anything on my site belongs to me unless i have stated otherwise. i could go through a whole list of what EVERYTHING is but you're pretty smart...coding, graphics, photograhpy, lists, etc.
